Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges

 

All products have a 14-day return policy.

Unfortunately, we cannot directly exchange the size. Instead, to change the size, you must return the original product and order a new one in the desired size. Refunds will be processed within 30 days.

 

Conditions for the Right of Return:

 

  • The returned product must be unused and resalable.

  • All parts of the product, including the packaging, must be intact and in their original condition.

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
